1. Why does the APP show that Smart Spray is not connected to PUMA MAX?
Because Smart Spray is battery-powered, in order to reduce consumption and prolong service time, the Smart Spray will only be connected to PUMA MAX when it is automatically deodorized, and it will be disconnected from PUMA MAX at other times.

2. Why can't I see any water mist particles or smell anything when the Smart Spray is running?
Please check that the smart spray is installed correctly. Follow these steps: 1. Make sure the built-in cotton swab is firmly inserted into the device. 2. Reverse the smart spray for 30 seconds after reinstallation. 3. Wipe the spray nozzle. 4. Long press the button on the smart spray until the indicator light blinks three times.
