SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within five (5) business days of receipt of order, Monday through Friday (8 am to 5 pm local time). Orders placed between 4 pm and 5 pm local time on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information.

The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of the products ordered and the delivery location. If an item goes on back order, we will ship your order in parts as items are made available. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee for any back-ordered items. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of £29.99 or more for all contiguous United States addresses.* For orders under £29.99, you will be charged a shipping fee of £5.99 (effective May 5th, 2021).  We ship internationally for a flat rate, which will be calculated at checkout.

* Please note that we are unable to deliver to addresses containing PO Box numbers.

 

Address Change Requests

Once an order is successfully submitted, the shipping address is considered final and confirmed by the customer.

If you request a change of address after the order has been placed, PETKIT will do its best to assist; however, we cannot guarantee that the modification will be completed before the order is processed or shipped.

If the address update cannot be completed in time and the package is delivered to the original address provided at checkout, PETKIT will not be held responsible for any loss, delivery failure, or the inability to receive the package.

In such cases, if you still wish to request a return or refund, it will be processed according to our standard return policy. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and refunds will only be issued once the product is returned to and inspected by our warehouse.
