Price Match Policy

At PETKIT, we are committed to providing premium pet products at fair and competitive prices.
If you find a lower advertised price on an identical product from an eligible PETKIT sales channel within the same country or region, we may match the price subject to the terms below.

Eligible Price Match Conditions

To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be identical in:
    • Brand
    • Model
    • Version
    • Color
    • Size
    • Specifications
  • The product must be:
    • Currently in stock
    • Available for immediate purchase from both PETKIT and the competing seller
  • The lower price must be:
    • Publicly advertised
    • Verifiable by PETKIT
  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The compared price must come from:
    • PETKIT official regional stores, or
    • PETKIT authorized retailers located in the same country or market region as the original purchase.

Regional Pricing Policy

Prices may vary between countries and regions due to differences in:

  • Taxes and VAT
  • Import duties
  • Shipping and logistics costs
  • Currency exchange rates
  • Regional promotions and operating costs

For this reason, PETKIT does not match prices across different countries or regions.

Example:

  • Orders placed on the UK store are only eligible for comparison with UK-based pricing.
  • US pricing cannot be matched to UK orders.
  • EU pricing cannot be matched to US orders.

Authorized Seller Requirement

Price matching is only available for products sold by:

  • PETKIT official websites
  • PETKIT official brand stores
  • PETKIT authorized retailers or distributors

Prices from the following sources are not eligible:

  • Unauthorized sellers
  • Third-party marketplace resellers
  • Auction websites
  • Clearance or liquidation sales
  • Open-box or refurbished products

If you are unsure whether a seller is authorized, please contact our Customer Support team before submitting a request.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from the Price Match Policy:

  • Membership-only pricing
  • Loyalty or rewards program discounts
  • Influencer, affiliate, or ambassador promotions
  • Coupon codes or limited-time promotional codes
  • Bundle offers or buy-one-get-one promotions
  • Pricing errors or misprints
  • Flash sales, holiday sales, or limited-quantity promotions
  • Manufacturer rebates, gift cards, or cashback offers

Verification Process

To request a price match, please provide:

  • Your PETKIT order number or proof of purchase
  • A link or screenshot showing:
    • Product details
    • Advertised price
    • Seller name
    • Date of advertisement

PETKIT reserves the right to verify all information before approving a request.

Approved Price Adjustments

If your request is approved, PETKIT will refund the price difference to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
